- How Orders Work
All product images on our website are representative of the items you will receive. Coin and bullion products may vary slightly in appearance from photographs due to the nature of the product — images should be used as a general quality reference, not an exact depiction.
Prices on our website reflect current market conditions and are subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time you complete checkout is the price at which your order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where a listed price contains a typographical, technical, or system error. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund of any payment received. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
- Order Confirmation & Price Lock
When you place an order and receive a confirmation number, you have entered into a binding purchase agreement at the confirmed price. Precious metals prices fluctuate continuously, and your confirmed price is locked at the time of order.
Because prices are locked at confirmation, cancellations after confirmation are subject to our Market Loss Policy. If the market price of the purchased metal has declined between your confirmation and cancellation, you are responsible for the difference. See the Return & Cancellation Policy for full details.
- Payment
Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or shipped. The following payment methods are accepted:
Credit / Debit Card Visa, Mastercard, and Amex accepted. Payment processes immediately.
ACH / eCheck Allows 3–5 business days to clear. Your order will be held until funds are confirmed.
Orders are entered into our processing queue upon receipt of cleared funds. Credit card orders are typically queued immediately. ACH orders are held for the clearing period noted above before processing begins.
Payment must be submitted within 2 business days of order confirmation. Orders where payment is not received within this window may be cancelled, and the Market Loss Policy may apply.
